Getting Started
How do I open my first workspace?
Click "Open the terminal" from the homepage. A default workspace loads immediately with a demo chart — no signup required to look around. Saving a workspace or connecting live data does require a free account.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The terminal runs entirely in the browser. There's nothing to download for charting, strategy building, or backtesting — a desktop app is not part of the current build.
Can I import my TradingView layouts?
Not automatically today. Layouts are workspace-specific, so you'll rebuild your grid once, then save it as a named profile you can reapply anytime. Direct TradingView layout import is on our feedback list, not yet shipped.
Pricing & Billing
What's your pricing model?
Free covers real-time charting, a limited watchlist, and manual strategy runs. Pro adds durable backtest history, bulk backtesting across symbol universes, and alerting. Premium adds priority data feeds and higher run concurrency. See the Pricing page for exact limits.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Premium?
Yes — every paid tier includes a 14-day trial with full feature access and no card required upfront. You'll get a reminder before the trial ends, and nothing is charged automatically without confirming a plan.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your saved workspaces and run history stay intact — you just lose access to tier-gated features going forward.
Charting Features
What charting tools are included?
Candlestick, line, and bar chart types; a full drawing toolbar (trendlines, Fibonacci retracements, parallel channels, freehand annotation); multi-symbol overlays with rolling correlation; and a right-side Code drawer for custom indicators.
Do you support Pine Script?
We support a Pine-Script-like scripting syntax purpose-built for our sandboxed executor — familiar functions like sma(), stdev(), and crossover(), compiled and run safely per candle. It is not a Pine Script runtime and won't run TradingView Pine scripts unmodified.
Can I run backtests on custom strategies?
Yes. Compile a strategy in the Code drawer, then queue it against one or many symbols over an absolute date/time range from the Backtest panel. Results include win rate, profit factor, Sharpe/Sortino, and drawdown breakdowns.
Data & Integrations
What data feeds do you support?
The terminal ships with a synthetic demo feed for evaluation, plus adapters for select market-data providers. See the Integrations page for the current provider list — coverage is expanding, and requests for specific feeds go into our roadmap review.
Is historical data included?
Yes, for symbols on an enabled data source. History is paged and rate-limited per provider terms, so very long ranges on high-frequency timeframes may take a moment to backfill the first time you request them.
Can I connect my own broker for live trading?
Not yet. The current build is a charting, research, and backtesting workspace — order routing to a live broker isn't part of this build.
Account & Security
How is my data secured?
Traffic is encrypted in transit, credentials for connected data providers are read-only and never logged in plaintext, and workspace data is scoped per account so one user's saved layouts and run history are never visible to another. See the Security page for details.
Can I export my workspace or backtest results?
Workspace layouts and backtest result summaries can be exported from their respective panels. Bulk historical run exports beyond a single result view are on the roadmap.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support from the Contact page and we'll process account and data deletion in line with our Privacy policy. This removes saved workspaces, run history, and connected credentials.
