Company

A workspace built by people who trade.

We got tired of switching between a charting tool that felt great and a scripting environment that didn't, so we built the one we wanted to use every day.

Our mission

Make it possible to go from a market observation to a tested, explainable strategy without leaving one screen. Charting, scripting, and backtesting are usually three different products stitched together with exports and copy-paste — we think they should be one workspace with one source of truth for your data.

Why not just use what's already out there?

Existing charting platforms are excellent at charting and treat scripting and backtesting as an add-on. Existing backtesting frameworks are excellent at backtesting and treat the chart as an afterthought. We wanted the two to share state: a script you write in the Code drawer sees the same candles the chart is drawing, a backtest queued from that script runs against the same catalog you were just looking at, and a completed run's results open right back over the chart that inspired the idea. That loop — observe, describe, test, revise — is the whole product thesis.

How we got here

2023

A shared frustration

Four traders and engineers, tired of choosing between a fast chart and a scriptable one, start sketching a terminal that could be both.

2024

First working chart

The core charting engine and a synthetic data feed ship as an internal prototype — no accounts, no persistence, just proving the chart could feel instant.

2025

Strategy lab and backtesting

A sandboxed script executor and durable backtest runs turn the terminal from a viewer into a research tool, with a full history of every run you've queued.

2026

The right dock

Runs, Backtest, and a resizable Code drawer land in a permanent right-side dock, alongside named layout profiles people can actually rely on across sessions.
